Meticulously crafted, the rattan set features conscientious rattan weaving that is absolutely charming. And with its multi-coloured hues, the rattan weaving is also gorgeous and captivating. The PE wicker is UV-resistant and mated to a heavy-duty galvanized steel frame for durability and strength. Sitting is made comfortably soft with the 5cm thick high-density cushions with zipped covers that are removable for keeping or washing. Together with the seating is a matching coffee table with a 5mm tempered glass top and storage shelf. Not least, the weatherproof ensemble is perfectly suited for the outdoors as well as any room inside your exquisite home.

You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit. ​ Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it. ​ A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
